Receptionist /Care Navigators

The Reception/ Care navigator team are the first people of contact for patients. They support the needs of patients and have the task of balancing these needs with the availability of appointments and the services we can provide for them. They work hard to facilitate the provision of best service including booking appointments, signposting to appropriate services, dealing with patient registration, and supporting the clinical and management team. We have a 7  strong team of staff.
