About Our Patient Participation Group (PPG)
At Cornerstone, we are committed to delivering the best possible care for our patients. To ensure we continue to meet the needs of our community, we are in the process of establishing a Patient Participation Group (PPG).
Our PPG will be a group of volunteer patients who work alongside our practice team to help shape and improve our services. It will provide an opportunity for patients to share their experiences, offer feedback, and collaborate on ways to enhance the care we provide.
What Will the PPG Do?
- Provide constructive feedback on our services
- Help us identify areas for improvement
- Support health awareness initiatives in the community
- Act as a voice for patients to ensure their views are heard

We welcome all patients registered at Cornerstone to express their interest in joining the PPG. Whether you want to be actively involved in meetings or contribute ideas via email, your input will be valued.
